My phone rang and I answered

She said “ He does not answer the phone because he died, this is what his brother told me. He died two weeks ago “

What ?

The words slipped out and shocked me.

I just lost control like I was out of my body, I wasn’t able to move

It took me a while to get my balance again

oh dear god, give me strength to face this.

Aristotle described deep friendship saying, “What is a friend? A single soul in two bodies”.

it is something that feels impossible to describe.  Friendship is deep and powerful and amazing, but it is hard to really explain why.

Science has proven conclusively that the influence of having friends in our lives goes beyond the psychological benefits; their presence improves the quality of life and prolongs it as well.

The links that are made with friends are very strong and sometimes they are more powerful than those that bring us together with our family members. Which means that the loss of a friend is a terrible experience in every sense of the word. The loss may be due to death or due to certain problems or due to circumstances necessitating geographical distance, but regardless of the reasons the result is the same.

the loss of the friend.

There is no harsher and more painful to the person than loosing a dear friend.

This news carried me sadly , those painful feelings of which I had not thought lately, but which still found place in my soul.

It is not my goal to stir up sorrows or to overturn a memory that is present in the hearts.

but the goal is to show that there is no human being in this existence who has not tasted the pain of death.

Today I lost a friend forever and I can tell you

The pain of grief over dead is tremendously painful.
